Weight.

I've been in a battle with it since march. I know the pill doesnt put weight on you but it does increase your appetite which leads to that. That plus being "happy" in  relationship and then the aftermath of a break up all includes a whole lot of eating. So I've been in and out of diets and exercise etc but I never have the will power to be continuous which is required if you want to lose any of that excess jello on your bod.
Well I've come to the conclusion that if I post on the internet my progress or lack of, then I'll keep at it so not to embarrass myself to a lot of people (or who ever reads this). 08/05/11 - 11st - weighed in Boots.

Enter the cornflake diet to kick start the weight loss.
You're only meant to do this for two weeks, otherwise your body will get too used to it and will stop doing anything. This basically includes eating a bowl of cornflakes for breakfast and one other meal. The other meal then must be healthy too, like salad or boiled chicken/ salmon and fresh veg or low fat soup etc.
To help this along too I will be aiming to drink the 1.5 to 2 litres of water a day and exercise every other day.

I began this morning with my first bowl and will be having a eat smart ready meal and a piece of fruit then dinner will be another bowl and piece of fruit. NOM NOM and there's your example.

Exercise today will  be an exercise dvd and maybe walk the dog.

Next progress check will be next Saturday when I can weigh myself again at Boots. Ta da and fingers crossed.
